Our Price Policy

We do not sell stoves directly over the internet. If you by direct off the internet be aware that if the stove is faulty or you have not had full and proper advise on the installation details you may end up with a very expensive ornament as you will rarely have any come back from the manufacturers and at best you will have a costly return delivery charge. Please seek advice from your local stove dealer or contact HETAS directly (Follow this link).

We do offer a complete installation service by qualified HETAS engineers which means we carry out full surveys on the stoves that we supply to make sure you are purchasing the correct product that is suitable for your requirements.

We offer professional service with an extensive knowledge of the stove trade all our staff are well trained. Our showroom is real you can see the stoves working they are not just pictures. Many other stockist and internet showrooms do not offer this service and therefore do not incur the additional expense as a consequence we do not give massive discounts other than a few special offers from time to time.

Quotations for stove installations

To gain a price we will first take as many details from you about your requirements. This will include size of room, size of opening, height of chimney, whether the property is thatched and other relevant details.

Based on this initial information we will send an estimate as to the cost of the installation. This will only be a guide and will not be binding in any way.

If you are then still interested in going forward with the purchase, we will then carry out a survey of the property. This normally takes about half an hour to an hour and we charge £25.00 for this service (payable on day of survey or prior if paying by card).

Once we have completed the survey and no major problems are found we will send a quotation for to you to consider. If then you decide to continue we will ask for a deposit (normally the price of the stove to be ordered) and a date for the installation will be agreed.

Once the installation is complete, the remainder of the outstanding amount must be paid and the initial £25.00 will be refunded in the form of a free HETAS certificate which normally cost £25.00

If during the survey it is found that a solid fuel appliance is not suitable or can not be installed there will be no charge for the survey!

A stove like this one was recently fitted into a two storey house using a multi-fuel stainless steel flue liner into an existing fireplace opening for around £1000 inc vat.
