SERVICE  

We offer a complete service to all our existing customers.

• Sweep flue and clean appliance @ £35.00 (existing customers only)

• Service appliances (includes above)  @ £45.00 plus parts

REPAIRS

If required, an appliance can be removed and taken back to our workshop for renovation.

SPARES

Spares for most makes and models are available.

Some parts can be custom made where appropriate.

BRUSH HIRE

One piece flexible sweeping rod 15m long including brush set this is ideal for chimneys fitted with stainless steel flexible liners. £15.00 per day £50 per week includes vat.

USEFUL TIPS

Use only well seasoned and dry logs. Hard wood is best but all wood will burn if seasoned properly.

Get the stove hot before shutting it down, don't let it smoulder away this can seriously damage your flue as un burnt fuel will cause tar to build up a cause of many chimney fires.

Don't let it raw away and use it with the doors closed.

Make regular checks on the seals and flue pipe and replace cracked fire cement.

Ensure you have adequate ventilation all stoves over 5kw require a vent to the outside.

If you smell smoke during normal use there's probably some thing wrong. Remember carbon monoxide kills!

Get your chimney swept at least once a year!  Use only registered sweeps.
